LONG AN GLUTINOUS RICE

Vietnamese Glutinous Rice, also called Sweet Rice or Sticky Rice, is used throughout Asia, grown mainly in Southeast and East Asia. When cooked, this round-grained rice is immediately recognizable by its sticky, glue-like texture and characteristic natural scent. Sticky rice is commonly used in daily meals with dishes such as sticky rice (Xoi), cakes.
